Everyone is building. But for whom and why? I use market research, rapid prototyping and user testing to make sure the thing that gets built is right for the business, and right for the people using it.
I work across brand, product and technology. Most people sit in one of those areas. The best thinking happens between them: brand promises the product can keep, product decisions that fit the brand.
My work is designed to be used: frameworks that drive decisions, strategies that move metrics, prototypes that become products, features that make a difference. The measure of the work is what ships and what lasts.
I lead from the work: hands on the tools, growing teams, building communities and creating the conditions for people to do their best work. Good teams outlast any single project.

Training in brand at Wolff Olins and a decade in product taught me that who a company is and what it should build are the same question. I still build: my current project is eona.earth, a clock that maps Earth’s lifespan onto 24 hours, written from scratch with Three.js, WebGL and Claude Code.
I work with companies that serve a broader purpose: climate, energy, health, culture, public good. I take on permanent roles and shorter engagements including discovery sprints, fractional design leadership and product builds. If you’ve got something to build, I’d welcome the conversation.
